Welcome to the DKBC
We are a non-registered business club of managers, entrepreneurs, businessmen and women, self-employed business people and media representatives from the Munich area and surroundings, with a special interest in promoting economic relationships between Germany and Canada. With this in mind and with a view to the strongly developing business relationship between Germany and Canada over the years the Munich club was founded in 1987 by the Canadian Consulate. It meets five to six times a year in the form of a luncheon meeting, with a featured speaker, and has the following objectives:

to support and promote German-Canadian business relations;

to strengthen the understanding of the economic climate, business philosophies and trends;

to create a forum, where guest speakers from private and public life are invited

to address an audience of Bavarian economic leaders;

occasionally to allow for dissemination of information on other topics of interest;

to serve as a point of contact amongst Germans and Canadians with particular emphasis on business and economics.
